quit smoking cigarettes!!

I wonder...is it possible to quit smoking cigarettes for the rest of my life or is it going to be the same bullshit struggle! I quit for a year and a half. Now It has been a few days ,I can't sleep (WTF) It sucks!!:(

My mom quit smoking for 25 years and just recently started back up. The cravings get less but never really go away. Try a good cigar occationally I find that's a great pleasure and immense help.

I met a guy once that had quit for 30 years and He still want a cigarette :(

I only lasted 6months then started again
