SPAM me with the best billing processor

Who's the best billing processor right now? Keep in mind that I'm in Canada.

You keep the same .htpasswd file. You can have several different cgi programs from several billing processors access the same .htpasswd file.

Roger if you are with Probilling I have a feeling you are headed for trouble. Best to pay the VISA fee and go with a biller of repute instead of dealing with a company that some have described as three people in a basement.

Go with Verotel. They also offer phone billing (you set the price level). See my sig and sign up. They'll have you up and running with the same password file in 48 hours.

Read the board more carefully is what I can tell you. Look at the recent news coming out of Probilling's camp instead of listening to shit. Its in their own words. Now they will be delaying webmaster payments. Its in the threads of today. This is a company with a bad rep, do a search on these boards for other webmaster opinions, and at one time, damn near folded. They don't answer questions put to them about VISA fee avoidance, etc.

Ask them now, publicly on the boards, WHY they are delaying webmaster payments. You WON'T get an answer which tells you all you need to know about this company.

(do they charge our customers a $ 1.95 extra???)

You can choose for that yourself. Either you pay the 13,5% (or less, depending on amount of sales, chargeback percentage and reseller programs) or you pay only 7-8% and have your customers charged a security charge of $ 1.95 extra... can't be all bad, I think?

Next to that, no more chargebacks fees, a high percentage will effect your commission... get paid like a clockwork!!!
