The company is pretty well known, so I'm cool with that. It's their software, I'm curious about.

We use modernbill and a lot of our resellers do. It's a complicated script and it will take you a while to figure it out, but once you do the features are pretty much unlimited. WHMPilot is also nice, but it lacks a few features/modules which ModernBill does have.
