I didnt know anything about this problem until an affiliate emailed me about this on the 7th....then again today....I am posting the emails between ccbill and I that occured today...
(the problem was fixed on the 7 and now the problem is happening again). I am seriously considering dropping ccbill - anyone have any opinions on this?

I received the first email it was 01/07/04 and I corrected the problem...in the advanced features under affiliates....(which by the way you webmaster area is VERY HARD to figure out how to use)
After I changed it to unlimited it was confirmed as being fixed...The affiliate checked and confirmed this for me...
Now, an email comes through last night from the same affiliate telling me it was changed to 1 rebill and not unlimited as it should be...The problem is on your end not mine.

I'm trying to track down where the error occurred, if you can tell me the location of where you changed the affiliate account to Unlimited I then can take this information to the Programing Department for further review, also if you can tell me the day that you made this change it will help to track down the problem.

After I edited it back to unlimited payouts - the webmaster checked and emailed me back saying it was right. Then all of a sudden its down to only 1 rebill - so it was fixed to unlimited and now its changed again...(showing you his email to me - saying it was fixed) - So I know it was right....
I didnt change just his ....I changed the affiliate program for all affiliates to receive unlimited...Didnt even know there was a problem till I got his first email saying it was set to 0 rebills....So are you now going to tell me who is changing the affiliates payouts???

Well, you selected "to stop paying after 1 rebill"? I didn't - my payouts have always been for unlimited. So WHO changed this?

Dear Webmaster,

I have changed their setting for this affiliate. Under their edit payouts it was selected to stop paying after rebilling of "1" I have changed it to unlimited rebilling. Their was a bug that was address for the affiliate system and a "0" was appearing instead of "Unlimited" this has then been corrected. If you have any questions please let us know.

I was emailed a few days ago and told that my affiliate program was set to 0 rebills...I went in and changed this IMMEDIATELY to unlimited rebills for the affiliates. Now this same person emails me and tells me it is now set to only 1 rebill for affiliates.
TELL ME WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON and why and who changed it to affiliates only getting credited for 1 rebill. I DID NOT DO THIS!!!

She wants her affiliates to be paid unlimited rebills.
An affiliate emailed to say it was set to 0 (ccbill default we were all told).
She edited her account and the affiliate confirmed that it now said Unlimited rebills.
She got another email from the affiliate saying it now said only 1 rebill.
Ccbill is no help.
She's pissed because she wants it to say unlimited and it keeps magically changing to less.

PurrrsianPussyKat - i think you missed an important point. if the ccbill affiliate admin says 1 rebill, ccbill will only pay affiliates for 1 rebill.

so it's not just how it looks, it's how affiliates will be paid.

fetishtemptress - why not ask ccbill to do it for you? if they insist on making everything SO fucking complicated, they should be willing to help out.

FT, just call them and tell them to do it for you. tell them after the shit that just went down, a report isn't enough - you want your affiliates paid correctly and you want them to be able to see they'll be paid.
