I bought a small virtual plan for a small site a while ago, received an email, wich I imagine should have all the info to get me started, but the html attachment of the email is 0KB. I login to the members section, I don't see any way to add domains. I click on 'Get Support' and all I get is a blank page. The FAQ is empty too.

wtf is up with this thing? Did I caught them at a bad time or something?

Well, I got on ICQ with them and everything was sorted in minutes. I guess they're ok afterall.
