Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.
Let me repeat... A 120 x 60 button and no more that 3 lines of DEFAULT SIZE AND COLOR text.

I have a recurring bill of over $500 a mth with them as well and they definetly hav dropped the ball the last few months.
A couple of times I had no response from emails sent to them and they are having more downtime than normal.
They do not work on weekends so unless its a email to [email protected] (for emergency) they wont answer any mail or phones till Monday.

Never had a problem getting hold of them, myself.
I did get an email from them the other day that they'd been upgrading their automated billing system, maybe they're just really busy at the moment.

Possibly you should think about changing your host, too.
For $500, in my point of view, it should be possible, to reply
on a simple mail within one workday.

But I am still waiting for some old issues from December...

BG is an excellent company. Done biz with them for many years.

E-mail Tom directly. He's the owner.

I once had a dispute with them over a bill, they took 1k out of my credit card account without authorization. I wouldn't get within a mile of them with my sites.

They have good service normally, but if you are paying their ass raping prices then I really have to question your sanity..

0.01 - 4.99 mbits/sec $300 per mbit/sec

Plan Monthly GB Overage Storage Domains *
A $10.00 1 GB $5.00/GB 100 MB 1
B $25.00 5 GB $2.50/GB 200 MB 5
C $50.00 20 GB $2.50/GB 300 MB 10
D $100.00 40 GB $2.50/GB 400 MB 15
E $150.00 60 GB $2.50/GB 500 MB 20
F $200.00 80 GB $2.50/GB 600 MB 25
G $300.00 120 GB $2.50/GB 700 MB 30
H $400.00 160 GB $2.50/GB 800 MB 35
I $500.00 200 GB $2.50/GB 900 MB 40
J $600.00 240 GB $2.50/GB 1000 MB 45
K $700.00 280 GB $2.50/GB 1100 MB 50
L $800.00 320 GB $2.50/GB 1200 MB 55
M $900.00 360 GB $2.50/GB 1300 MB 60
N $1000.00 400 GB $2.00/GB 1500 MB 75

I dunno man.. it just seems and always has seemed, even when I was with them that those prices were just ass raping high... I you can tell me that you 'get what you pay for' but my bandwidth, uptime and service is at least as good if not better(never had to wait on a support response before) and I am paying a fraction of the cost
