I used to promote flynt digital on my site, then i got an email saying they needed me to fax a photocopy of my ssn card and my drivers liscense to keep my account open. maybe i'm just too new to realize this is normal, but it's the only sponser that ever asked and i didn't feel like taking the risk - so i stopped promoting them. not all sponsers are perfect and if you get a bad vibe from one, just stop promoting them. i'd rather find a new sponser than risk getting screwed out of $400

the only thing your post proves to me is that it's NOT worth to pay those high amounts per click for serach engine traffic....

Regarding Trent Edison,

Here are the facts straight from our fraud control dept.

1. He signed up with FlyntDigital for the first time to take advantage of the $100 promo. Nothing wrong with that, but those big promos do tend to attract cheaters.

2. He used a Check Cashing Business as the "payee name" when he signed up. This was the first red flag.

3. He gave us a bogus Tax ID. When we asked him for a correct one, he decided he wanted a wire instead and he asked that we change his Payee name to a Russian name. Surprise, surprise....

4. He had 4 sign-ups. All 4 canceled. Again, big surprise here....

Anyone still think that FlyntDigital screwed Trent? Give me a fucking break.

Some people might not like FlyntDigital because of Acacia, or because they don't like Larry or whatever. To each his own.

However, we run an honest program and we've never screwed anyone. Period.

*******************************

Cheaters suck.

Now, if you wanna get to know FlyntDigital for yourself, check out our current $50 payout promotion on $9.95 monthly signups, as discussed in this thread or on our site. And please hit one of us up directly if you've got any questions...
OKAY,
it is all true, Im not going to deny anything. Yes, sometimes I use Check cashing company to cash the checks because I live in a small russian city where its just impossible to cash US check. When I received one of my first affiliate checks a couple of years ago I went to the bank and asked how can I get the money. Bank accountant watched at the check like for 20 minutes, then called someone, and after that told me they dont cash checks like that. So, since then when I signup with sponsor I use a wire option, or if theres no such option, I use that check cashing service. They cash my checks and then wire the money back to me. Is there something bad in this? If I need to do this it means that Im a malicious cheater? If sponsors' FAQs and Terms doesnt state anything about wire option, I always email them and ask exactly if they do or dont. My emails wasnt answered in this case so I had no choice than to use cashing service. Then, when I was finally able to get in touch with one of FlyntDigital representative on ICQ, that was Darren (Hustler DJ), he told me that they do wires, and THAT, and nothing else, was the reason I requested to change my details. Heres the email I received about the wire to prove its not bullshit. I received it ONLY on Dec, 31:

"Dear Webmaster,

$100.00 is the minimum amount we will wire. The fee is $32.00 domestic and
$42.00 international, which is deducted from the amount of the wire per
period.

The following is necessary to setup the wire transfer:

Payee Name:
Beneficiary Bank:
Beneficiary Bank Address:
Beneficiary Account No:
Bank Swift:
Intermediary Bank :
Intermediary Bank Address:
Intermediary Bank SWIFT:
Intermediary Bank ABA:

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Best Regards,
Matthew
Accounts Management
FlyntDigital"

Off course if the wire option was available, I asked to switch me. Again, is there something bad in this? I cant see how it could show that I was going to cheat the program. I changed the details like that with some other sponsors and everything was always fine. None of them called me a cheater after that.
I sent Flyntdigital fair traffic. I provided a snapshots of my AdWords campaign to prove that. If they were cancelled, again it doesnt fucking mean that im a cheater. Google traffic always did well for me and if your sites cant convert it then fuck it, theres a lot of sponsors that do it very good. But coming up with bullshit accusions that I committed a credit card fraud just because I asked to change my details for a fair reason is a lame style. I dont know what fucking reputation are you talking about. I cant imagine any other sponsor that will do shit like that...

3. If he's outside the U.S. he doesn't really need to provide you with a Tax ID and the rest I think he just explained.

4. Not a big surprise to me. It could happen. Many things to consider here.

Now that being said, I like FD. To me they seem very honest (well, I didn't make any $100/su.. didn't even know they were offering that but that's besides the point).

Anyways Trent, for a Russian (and maybe for some Americans too lol) your english is very good

Trent,

Any 1 of the things that occurred with your account would not have caused any problems, but when you add them all up, it's pretty clear why we came to the conclusion that we did.

Normally a foreign webmaster would identify himself as such from the beginning, in which case we would not require a SSN or Tax ID.

However, you initially gave us US based info and you MADE UP a fake Tax ID. You didn't just enter "none". You actually made up a fake one. That is a major red flag.

In any case, I will give you the benefit of the doubt here. If 1 well known, reputable webmaster comes forward and says that they know you and have done business with you and that you are honest, we'll wire you the $400.

Anyone from GFY know and trust this guy?

I signed up with them not long before the $100 deal came out but hadnt used them until then. It looked abit to good to be true and i guess it was. i saw the deal i got a mate to sign up but never got credited for it. I waited several days and email them several times, the latest i have heard was that they were looking into it.

Im still waiting...

If you will post your FlyntDigital account name or send it to me ([email protected]) I'll be happy to look up your account and provide a thorough explanation.

The promo was a huge success and we paid out a shitload of money, and we'll be happy to pay you for a legit sign up. Not sure about the "i got a mate to sign up" part though.... Was that a friend/surfer who joined one of our sites or was it a webmaster that you referred to our program?? LMK

A friend of mine signed up because i refered him to it. Is it a rule that you are not allowed to know any of the people that sign up? He signed up just like everyone else, he was actually quite pleased with the site. I dont see how that is cheating. I was just wondering why i didnt get creditted. I know i didnt send huge amounts of traffic there but i had just started using the sponser, and if i had been creditted i would probably still be using them. i became skeptical though when i didnt get paid for the sale.

About that SSN shit,
Most of webmaster signup form scripts doesnt accept submissions if country is US and no 9-digit SSN number supplied. Does yours?

I would then use 0's for SSN and then if they emailed about it I'd explain why.

But Ken's offer sounds good to me. Just request one of your other sponsors to post here or email Ken. For instance, if you were my active affiliate for a while I'd be more than happy to even call him on the phone so you'd promote me more and then brag about helping out an affiliate here for marketing purposes

When they emailed me about bad SSN, I already knew about wire option and asked to switch me. How the fuck could I know that such harmless actions can lead people to conclusion that Im a violent cheater.

Well, that could be a tax fraud attempt by an American too and sposnors would take that very seriously cos it's their butts on the line. You prolly don't realize that being outside U.S. but tax id is required for a purpose; that is to report your income as independent contractor to IRS (Internal revenue Services of the U.S.) (as well to get a write off for sponsor) so gov can verify your income and taxes to be paid later.

Anyways, these are just a buncha confusies you created yourself. So now is best to get another sponsor to vouch for you? Couldn't be too hard could it? Except maybe for the confusion in your mind as to which one of your sponsors you'll let have the pleasure of doing it

Sponsors are runningf scared at the moment with the 1% charge back rule.

But what intrigues me is why is Ken offering to pay $400 for the 4 sign ups that cancelled?

I'd say tough, your sign ups cancelled anyway, but how do we know this?

Good to see you guys are testing out sponsors by getting people to sign up. Seems like common sense to me. More interesting is the results.

Trent Edison has been posting on this board for considerable time and as never tried to hide where he comes from -
He is a 100% straight up guy - One of the many from Russia -

He has been sending good sales to Sunny Dollars for a long time -Never heard Krys say anything bad against him -

Trent is straight -

Now look at the programme that fucked him:

"He sent 4 sign ups and they all cancelled"
I have run my prgramme since 1996 and I can tell you this - That happens. Shit - Often a partner will send 20 joins which cancel right away - Look at what he sends over a long period - if not - Stop fucking webmasters and stop fucking this industry by making stupid offers you can't back up.
Now look at your site - I joined it once to see what you had to offer -
Enter the members area and see tonnes of 10 second clips and each one offers an upsell to see the whole video -
Flint Digital - Try making a real members based website and stop screwing the nice guys who actually work fucking hard to make their bread.

When someone gives you a fraudelent pay-to, it is red flag city.

FD was on their toes, they didn't fuck you over. If you were more straight-up with them this would not have happened.

I am locking this because the title of the thread is wrong.
