I'd love to see some solid proof. All I see right now is libel.
If there's going to be a court case at this point, it'll be Adult.com suing you. |
OK, let me try and get this straight. You are mad because Lens is gay? But you let him keep $200? Even though your kids are hungry?
Let me know your address and I'll send those damn kids some pizza! |

Due to the digital nature of internet affiliation, there couldn't be any better proof unless you hack adult.com's program and get the sourse code of their tracking software. Even then, you cannot prove the code is theirs. The screenshots I provided you with are verifiable. adult.com can veryfy their screenshot as there is our affiliate link on it. ibill.com per courts request can veryfy ibill.com's screenshots. I don't run any adult program and I'm not in adult business. I do traffic monetizing of my domain names, some of which I used to point toward sponsors. Dumping adult.com doesn't gain me a penny. In fact I let them keep our account's balance of $200 for Jan 2004. I don't care wether you learn the lesson or not, I guess an average Joe learns from his mistakes only. So, this info for smarter people, who learn from other people's mistakes. Lensman will be taken to the court. Sooner or later we can find one of his employees who can be a witness in the case. If a guy stells from his affiliates, he probably scams his workers as well. It will take one pissed worker to ruin their scam network. If there is anyone who have any hard evidence, contact me, I'm willing to cover all legal fees and expenses. In anycase this gay will pay off. Either in court or in loss of proffits. |

I still don't understand why you keep insisting that Lens is gay?? And did you feed those kids yet? My offer still stands, I'll order a pizza for them if that will help. |

Pizza would be good if you send it to some foster kids house. |
The screenshots I provided you with are verifiable.
adult.com can veryfy their screenshot as there is our affiliate link on it. You can expect the adult.com team to doctor those to fit their side of the story.:2 cents: |

This is traffic that were sent toward amateurpages.com - site of adult.com Before about 10/02/2003 amateurpages.com were charging $29.95 per month for subscription and they were operating $71% revshare program where the number of sales were being tracked by a third party - ibill.com The traffic were being sent from one traffic domain name. The same domain - the same traffic valume - the same traffic quality. When stats were being tracked by ibill.com - the third party and site's subscription was $29.95 per month the traffic converted toan average of 6 sales per day (not sure of the exact ration, see screenshots). Then when Visa 1% came up, they changed the price of the subscription from $29.95 to $9.95, so they get lover chargeback ratio. They changed the program policy from 71% revshare to $25 per sign up. And they started to track sales themselves. Since the subscription price dropped, the same traffic had to generate more sign ups and it probably did. However as per adult.com statistics it generates an average of 1 sign up per day. Once they started tracking the statistics, the sales dropped 6x times(?) altho the price for subscription was heavily rediced. Obvious shaving. |

Yes you would -think- you would get more signups, assuming what you say is true about your traffic consistency, but there's a lot of other variables. |

maybe the $10 tours didn't convert as well as the previous ones? :2 cents: |

I understand you are trying to think of all the possibilities. I've done it, don't waste your time. If you doubt shaving, a smart thing to do is to pay attention to the sign up ratio at least. http://www.royalwhois.com/images/shaven0.gif Do you think it's ok to convert 20,281 uniques to 8 sign ups when the traffic is being just redirected from another adult domain like in this case - www.10dollargirls.com - a simple traffic redirection of a highly targeted traffic ? Are these convertions ok with you? |
Statistically 20,000 hits is nothing at all. If you want to prove something then you need greater numbers.

It does look like your traffic from 1-5 to 1-7 has a problem, I'm not sure if our engineers fucked something up while we all were in Vegas. We just changed stats servers on Monday, so I hope they're aren't problems with stats. We shouldn't do that when we're out of town. Or maybe it's a fluke. If you contact me next week when I get back, I'll look into it. I hope there's not a fuckup on the system, we are adding the PB Cash to the new stats system, so that may be it. Regarding your shaving accusation, you are totally full of shit. The stats from August are from a different processor and a different period. They are from trails and rebills, and your second stats are non-trials and a very limited time period. Your are cordially invited to visit our offices and look at our systems and code, we have nothing to hide. And it's pretty low to do this shit, if it's even real, Miln. |
If it's been like this for two months then you are the fool for continuing to send them traffic. Find another sponsor.
|
75% unqualified traffic seems high
|
I just checked, and Miln2 is a fake character created by another webmaster here.

I guess you are more settler than fighter. Not even going to protect your bullshit? Your BS walked too far. I'm going to proceed with a legal action unless you show the real stats and pay off all the difference and no, I'm not comming back to your program. There is no difference whether it was a fluke or it was shaving, the outcome is the same - you keep webmaster's money and it's your fault. This is your first and last chance. |
