Ever Delt with Earthlink?
Dayummmm - what a bunch of retarded assholes.
I signed up for their service so that I could have internet access when I was on the road for MacandBumble.com - during our tour accross the US. I called twice tonight to try to cancel that service now that the tour has ended - and ended up getting lost in their phone-tree and couldn't figure out how in the hell to reach a real person. I sent email to support and all they told me was to "try again" - fucking assholes! Still haven't gotten this resolved yet. You have any Earthlink horror stories? d*  |

I have a couple dial up accounts with them. The service itself isnt all that bad but yea when you need support its a joke.
I called about a problem not long ago and the tech was swearing and talking in ebonics to me. He couldn't get his computer to work right. It was some funny shit. Glad I dont have to deal with them much. The company that provides my high speed is much more professional. cheers
