What is this Centrino chip all about
does it make a difference?
im debating between getting a Latitude D500 or Inspiron 1100 just need something that can access wireless connections for when im at school or out and about. what are your thoughts?

basically Centrino includes a wireless internet connection so all you need is an accesspoint and you're good to go.
