C&D Letter Help - Someone Mirrored My Site
So I have discovered someone mirroring my sites and changing link codes to theirs.
I am completely new to this game, but I feel a broad, sweeping email to him, hosts, sponsors, and upstream provider is in order. How have you guys dealt with this in the past? Am I going to far for the first contact? |

Contact his ISP with a DMCA request. They will take his site offline within a day or so if they are in the USA.
Usually you just go to the ISP home page and it has a link to a contact page on how to report copyright violators. FUCK THIEVES!!! ![]() |
