PayPal (Europe) Ltd. for EU customers

For the ones of you, still processing wit PAYPAL.
They are splitting into EU based customers and US customers. How you will be affected read there.

PAYPAL UK for EU customers

"PayPal, Inc. is pleased to announce that we are preparing to introduce PayPal (Europe) Ltd., a company incorporated in the United Kingdom, as the service provider for PayPal customers in the European Union.

This is a positive development that would help us provide our European customers with improved services to satisfy local needs, both online and through our new European Customer Service Centre in Dublin.

We anticipate that PayPal (Europe) Ltd. will begin operating in February 2004, subject to receiving authorisation from the Financial Services Authority (FSA) in the UK..."

They really get even more crazy

PayPal have some serious problems but why is this one of them? I can see it being nothing but a good thing for those outside the US that still use PayPal.

Maybe it will improve also things, hopefully. The bad thing might be e.g. for people having currently an US bank account and living outside US.
"...if a US bank account is attached to your PayPal account, you may continue using it for withdrawals; however, you will no longer be able to fund a PayPal payment or add funds into your PayPal balance from a US bank account..."

Thanks U-bob.
the funny, is that i can only see in paypal europe usage policy a problem with tangible adult products... That will exclude an adult website.
Maybe i am not reading all the policies :/
any answer is welcome.
