well if your asking in general can a xbox be bought modded or modded the answer is yes and you can replace the 10 gig hdd with a 120 gig hdd and you can load games right to the hdd and play them till you are tired of them

although i never bothered modding my xboxcause at time there was no mod avalable that allowed you to shut it off and i have xbox live so xboxlive detects it and bans you

The copied games are illegal if you give them away. The modded Playstation probably isn't. They show you how to do it on TV all the time. (TechTV)
