Does one need a disclaimer index for a TGP?

I've seen tons of tgp's and hardly any of them have a disclaimer: aka over 18 warning page.

Legally, do we need one?

You should be reffering this question to your attorney.

My attorney says yes I have heard others say no ... but since my attorney is the one who's going to represent me in court I opt to listen to him.

Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.
Let me repeat... A 120 x 60 button and no more that 3 lines of DEFAULT SIZE AND COLOR text.

There are tons of 'non-pornolicious' tgp's without a warning page.

Thumb TGP's are worst. madthumbs.com for example, first thing you see when you get there is hardcore thumbs. And there's not one single disclaimer on the page, not even at the bottom.

google shows graphic porn pictures without a warning page if the family filter is off.

and even if you do have a warning page doesn't mean you can't get in trouble.

I would put my efforts into not having any content showing that would be considered obscene.

i am a firm beliver that if you have a proper warning page you cant get in 'trouble'. Unless ofcouse you're khan tusion or something like that.

as for not having any content which could be considered obscene; thats a little hard when your running a porn tgp, lol.
