Does one need a disclaimer index for a TGP?
I've seen tons of tgp's and hardly any of them have a disclaimer: aka over 18 warning page.
Legally, do we need one?

yeah it got me thinking today cause I recieved some mail from a 15 yr old who loves parasitetv, but parasite tv blatantly links to barfuck and barfuck has no disclaimer...
eek. ill get working on one right away

google shows graphic porn pictures without a warning page if the family filter is off.
and even if you do have a warning page doesn't mean you can't get in trouble. I would put my efforts into not having any content showing that would be considered obscene. |

i am a firm beliver that if you have a proper warning page you cant get in 'trouble'. Unless ofcouse you're khan tusion or something like that.
as for not having any content which could be considered obscene; thats a little hard when your running a porn tgp, lol.
