If Al Qu'aida had the resources to pull something off, they wouldn't be bullshitting about it just now, they'd have done something and we'd all be watching it on the news over and over again for the next week, just like we did last time.

I highly doubt the U.S. has the wherewithall to prevent another well orchestrated attack if it were to come right now.

History has shown us, that very rarely do terrorists give warning with enough time to do anything about it before it happens. When it comes, you'll be watching it on the news before you hear anything about it, and just like last time, the government will be saying, "Oh, I guess that's what that 'we're going to run two planes into the side of the world trade center on September 11th' warning was all about".
