if not than who gives a fuck if u quit smoking. Smoke more die u fucker die. Just kidding, i quit my self 2 days ago, it was my new year resolution. Actually I've been trying to quit for a couple of months now, in the last 2 months i only smoked a max of 1-2 cigs a day. The only problem is when i Drink i like to smoke more!

You're not a loser, you're not stupid, you're not a failure. You're simply human. So you started smoking again. Big deal. You stopped once..right..and it lasted for awhile. So, you KNOW you DO have the ability to STOP and to go at LEAST the same number of days you did the last time don't you? You could even last longer the next time around too.

The decision is up to you. Are you going to listen to the others give you shit because they too are probably too weak to quit smoking or are you going to make up YOUR OWN MIND as to how you will lead your life? What's more important? Their opinion of you or your opinion of yourself.

It's one thing to say "I know I SHOULD quit"..it's quite another to say "I Know I WANT to quit!"

As someone already said, some people need more than one try to quit.

Next time you try, drink lots of water, juice and tea.

I read that actual *physical* addiction to nicotine lasts only 7 days after you stop using it. So if you can get past the first week, the rest is just breaking a bad habit and getting over your routine patterns...
