It means that on an ever increasing scale large companies are creating experimental and untested chemicals, passing them through the fda, and marketing them to farmers.

These chemicals are more often than not detrimental to our health. Theses chemicals are made to tamper with anything from milk production in cows to the redness of a tomato.
