For anyone else that missed it, they aren't photos of dead women (where they are actually dead in the photo), they are photos of women that have passed away sometime after the photo was taken.

You can have freshly dead and still warm, or just as rigor mortis is setting in, or even really skanky rotting half skeletons that you've just digged up from the grave yard.
