If you router or switch supports it, you can use MRTG: http://people.ee.ethz.ch/~oetiker/webtools/mrtg/

See http://www.ee.ethz.ch/stats/mrtg/ for an example.

Do you just want to be able to view your site traffic and analyze them or do you want a server-side product that lets you resell this ability? If it's the latter then products exist, like Webtrends and even some open source stuff...

For just analyzing, I prefer to have Access download my logs and put them in a database where I can create reports, charts and such out of them. You can even use statistical software againts it (EViews, Mathematica, R, S...) to project future traffic and to find seasonality patterns.
