Ok this is what I need and i NEED SOMEONE with experience of running a network.

well this is the thing... i own www.rhinoprofit.com a network of sites that have never been promoted but have mass potential, money invested, mpa2 program, banners etc all there etc etc all there... but i need firstly someone to get affiliates & promote it just like a webmaster eg the owner would do.

As well as getting affiliates the webmaster would spend time building feeder sites and getting direct traffic to the network.

As a solo owner you'd have to do it all, promo and building... as an employee, uhhh, those are two jobs. ;-)

Last time I checked they were anyway. Thats why sales people wear suits and the workers/webmasters wear jeans.
