Your BMI is within the ideal range - you have no need to worry about it. But make sure you keep it that way! Eat healthy, well-balanced meals, and don't forget to exercise.

What a crock of shit. Weight to height and they think they can calculate BMI. That test is shit. You need to see a trainer to get an accurate reading of your BMI.

For example Travis Henry a stud running back for the Buffalo Bills is 5 ft 9. at 215 pounds. Benches 475 lbs and is fit as fuck. Enter his stats.

His BMI is: 31.7
Your weight is putting you at risk of health problems such as coronary artery disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, and stroke.

See a trainer for an accurate determination.

Cheers

Thats what mine said. I dont belive these things are accurate though. It really varies from person to person.

This thing isn't right. I had mine taken professionally and it was a little lower than that.

Shit I agree. I'm 6 ft, 185lbs. Yes, a skinny fuck.

Your BMI is: 25.1
Your weight may be putting you at increased risk of health problems, such as heart disease and stroke. Talk to your doctor about healthy eating and exercise options. Even losing a few pounds can help to reduce your risk.
