                What a crock of shit. Weight to height and they think they can calculate BMI. That test is shit. You need to see a trainer to get an accurate reading of your BMI.

                For example Travis Henry a stud running back for the Buffalo Bills is 5 ft 9. at 215 pounds. Benches 475 lbs and is fit as fuck. Enter his stats.

                His BMI is: 31.7
                Your weight is putting you at risk of health problems such as coronary artery disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, and stroke.

                See a trainer for an accurate determination.

                  yeah im not sure if i beleive it either.... im 5 ' 11 , 200 lbs maybe i need to lose 7-8lbs,thats about it...

                    Thats what mine said. I dont belive these things are accurate though. It really varies from person to person.
