How do i wrap wmv in html - GoFuckYourself.com

i need some help, i want to wrap my vids in html like this:

http://www.albinoblacksheep.com/video/mario.php

so that when ppl watch the vids, they have the option on clicking on the links which bring them to my site. Let me know how to do this, or where i can find the tutorials/ info... i'd really appreciate it.
