My wrist is till fucked up from when I trained, and my buddy had to get surgery on both of his shoulders due to the numerous dislocations.

My first class, I saw one dude EAT and elbow, and it broke his jaw. Tough fuck didn't go down - he just walked over to me, and corrected my form, thru his clenched teeth. That school fucking ruled!

I was a street brawler most of my life till I got sober. I learned a little Kenpo Karate early in High School & have used it in almost every fight - dropping my oponent imediately and having him usually not get up. It's the same punching/stepping technique that Iron Mike Tyson uses. Then after going to jail & paying too many hospital bills way too many times, I changed my negative focus & went on to help athletes work out. Such as: triathletes, boxers, powerlifters, actors & other trainers @ Gold's Gym in Hollywood. Make love - not war.

I gotta get into better shape, I'm 6'3 and 240 now, but not cut by any means. Although, I don't have a gut or anything.

I wanna be in shape like the last instructor I had, he was like 5'10 but a solid 220 or so, and could toss around people like ragdolls!

Within the past 4 months, I've dropped over 30lbs, and now wear a 36 versus a 42 pants size. From 265 plus to 235. Definately fits my 6 foot frame better.

I was contemplating going to MMA school after a year or two of GJJ. Let us know how your training comes out. I take it your MMA is going to be a mix of Wrestling, MT, and BJJ?

They had 5 Gracies fighting against Japanese fighters. The Gracies won 3 to 2. Daniel and Renzo both lost.

Wing Chun is very cool. Did Shaolin Kempo Kungfu for years, have / had a blue sash then moved away and gave it up.

nope, i have run the club for years and have lots of respect. since i do it fulltime because i am not in a position to live off the funds that my website brings in no one knows, what happens at home stays at home

Yeah, I'm kind of in the public eye, too, and wouldn't want it to reflect poorly on the dojo. So how would you respond if a student came up to you and said he had just found your website? Would it bother you?
