I was a street brawler most of my life till I got sober. I learned a little Kenpo Karate early in High School & have used it in almost every fight - dropping my oponent imediately and having him usually not get up. It's the same punching/stepping technique that Iron Mike Tyson uses. Then after going to jail & paying too many hospital bills way too many times, I changed my negative focus & went on to help athletes work out. Such as: triathletes, boxers, powerlifters, actors & other trainers @ Gold's Gym in Hollywood. Make love - not war.
