We are experiencing trouble downloading sales data from Epoch. They are not being very cooperative, but we hope to get this issue resolved ASAP. ??????????????????????????????

We are having the same problems. I have called them twice today and sent 4 emails regarding this issue. They just keep telling me "our programmer will email you soon"
Epoch is great, i've never had any problems with them before but this needs to be resolved ASAP. |
