We are having the same problems. I have called them twice today and sent 4 emails regarding this issue. They just keep telling me "our programmer will email you soon"

Epoch is great, i've never had any problems with them before but this needs to be resolved ASAP.

This problem is still unresolved. Could someone from Epoch please let me know what is going on?
