Newsgroups infringing patent(s)?
Wouldn't newsgroups be infringing patents as well by be the middle man for downloading and streaming videos on newsgroup reader websites?
I mean if affiliates are infringing by referring surfers to sites with video downlaods and streaming then shouldn't newsgroups be held liable too? |
