Newsgroups infringing patent(s)?

Wouldn't newsgroups be infringing patents as well by be the middle man for downloading and streaming videos on newsgroup reader websites?

I mean if affiliates are infringing by referring surfers to sites with video downlaods and streaming then shouldn't newsgroups be held liable too?

As you are licenced on gross revenue it would depend on if they made any money?

Truthfully I do not think acashita cares if you generate any revenue at all they will still take $1500 a year from you even if you make a $1.00 a week, thats the whole point in the 2% or $1500 a year minimum deal.

The way USENET is set up, there's really no one to track down and close. Not like affiliates.
