We are looking for a good database driven content managment system for both pictures and video. It needs to be mulitsite, and able to be able to select content for each site based on keywords and give the option of rotation and timed updates. It needs to be able to show current updates, and give a user the option of viewing content by most popular, name, keyword etc.

It should also be able to create thumbnails of pictures (video?) in the database. We would also like the option of showing multiple thumbnail previews for each clip and the option to link that clip to a group of related pictures (from the video itself or like content if none)

We would like stats on content to see whats viewed and a comment rating system by site members to keep track of what's liked/ whats not.

Would be nice to also have it searchable by the contents description. There are other features we would like but are willing to look at a product and see what it currently has.

Who's got a good system or if none is out there who would be a good company to custom write one?
