I hope to god there was some insider trading going on there. If they were serious about the whole thing it'd just be sad how stupid some people in this world are.

Right then.

Now is the time to strike. We ned to come together and hit them hard when they are down. Stop supporting the companies that licensed and they stop recieving money, send one bankrupt and it will scare the shit out of anyone else thinking of licensing.

Or we can carry on as we are and hope!!!

I prefer the first option, who's with me?

think long term on this guys, there are more than enough programs out there to fill the vacuum, dont send any traffic to known licensed programs. . Think rational. is this your liveliehood or a fuckin hobby

I agree, cut em off from the source of their revenue ... fucking blackmailing slimeballs. Maybe someone could come up with an official list of who caved to these pukes and those who feel the same way can make a conscious decision to only patronize businesses that are not putting cash in extorcias pockets ... i sent $ to the defense fund, i sure as hell would not want to know that a % of my $ from content purchases, or traffic sent to an aff program is going into extorcia's pockets.

I'm doing this from memory but it's close enough.

They lost $18 million in the first three quarters of this year, they expect to round off the year at around a loss of $20 mil. Which means they are losing $1,666,666 and some change a month.

Now lets assume they license at an average of 3.5% this means they have to sign up companies collectively turning over $47,619,047 a month. To plug the hole.

Of course my figures could all be wrong.

We stop sending traffic and buying from those that signed, ask our sponsors for a definite answer on whether they signed and cut them out as well. Then Berman will be polishing up his CV.

Volantt
What ever gave you that idea????

Fight Fight Fight. The companies that caved and actually paid Acacia will have to continue paying them even if the paten is found invalid. We are fighting til the death on this one!

my two cents...... I think acacia over-estimated the effect that signing guys like hustler to the sweetheart would have. They thought that would give alot of investing confidence, and also get alot of webmasters to license once they saw a big boy do it.

Now they are stuck with a shitty stock and a big legal fight ahead.

They thought we would all sit up and take notice of the fact they had the LFP scalp. About as wrong as I was when I came here two years ago and told you I shot for LFP.

They did not investigate/research their target market and now paying the price for it.
