That end of November deadline must not have gone so well?
V |
Yeah, end of the SCAM deadline. There's no real deadline. Glad I didnt cave in.
|
I hope to god there was some insider trading going on there. If they were serious about the whole thing it'd just be sad how stupid some people in this world are.

Right then.
Now is the time to strike. We ned to come together and hit them hard when they are down. Stop supporting the companies that licensed and they stop recieving money, send one bankrupt and it will scare the shit out of anyone else thinking of licensing. Or we can carry on as we are and hope!!! I prefer the first option, who's with me? |
Let's bring it to an end

I'm doing this from memory but it's close enough.
They lost $18 million in the first three quarters of this year, they expect to round off the year at around a loss of $20 mil. Which means they are losing $1,666,666 and some change a month. Now lets assume they license at an average of 3.5% this means they have to sign up companies collectively turning over $47,619,047 a month. To plug the hole. Of course my figures could all be wrong. We stop sending traffic and buying from those that signed, ask our sponsors for a definite answer on whether they signed and cut them out as well. Then Berman will be polishing up his CV. Volantt What ever gave you that idea???? :1orglaugh |
bump cause we need to stop the madness, think guys about were you send traffic:glugglug

Fight Fight Fight. The companies that caved and actually paid Acacia will have to continue paying them even if the paten is found invalid. We are fighting til the death on this one!:BangBang:

my two cents...... I think acacia over-estimated the effect that signing guys like hustler to the sweetheart would have. They thought that would give alot of investing confidence, and also get alot of webmasters to license once they saw a big boy do it.
Now they are stuck with a shitty stock and a big legal fight ahead. |

They did not investigate/research their target market and now paying the price for it. |
