ebay or another webmaster?
just dont buy anything from ubid. i know a few people that bought them and they suck. id just fork up the cash and get one from dell.com 1400 bucks for a good one...

How cheap?
I got a very nice desktop from Dell for $500 delivered to my doorstep. They have laptops too. Visit their refurbished outlet. You have tons of choices.
