Looking for some specific webhosting

Looking for reputable webhosting that meets the requirements below:

* provides c-panel
* has tiered packages so that when you go over the monthly bandwidth limit of your package you automatucally get upgraded to the next package
* allows unlimited or at least numerous domains and sub-domains
* provides seperate IP's for each domain and sub domain at a reasonable price
* the abilty to run http://www.georedirect.com/

and more things ... etc
