we started to receive "videos don't work" emails from customers... As usual AEBN customer service doesn't respond, I don't remember they ever answered phone calls.

Hi this is Darren Austin from AEBN , and we had some Technical problems here and we are sorry for the issues that were caused by this. All of those problems have been takin care of and we are up and running as normal.
