Switch from ICQ to ICQ lite and your contacts will remain on their server like AIM does. Then it won't happen to you again.

Until now I had no problems with it. I really like being able to launch one program for all my contacts. This is a royal pain in the ass! Thanks everyone.....I wish you all were celebrating my joy instead of having to commiserate on my misery. I am bumping this, so I can get as many eyeballs as possible to recreate. The part that sucks is that we take that list for granted.
