ok the last step, how do I add the output server configuration lines to the httpd.conf file?

RTFM.

If you have a .virt file, paste the code there. otherwise, it's in the virt section for the domain, usually at the end of the .conf file.

Throw us over a support email to [email protected]. I'll get it right away

To add the lines to the httpd.conf file, you may ned to ask your hosting company to do that for you, unless you have your own dedicated server. In that case, talk with our tech but we can do that for you if you like.
