It used to be called Revenue Canada, but that was too simple. Now it is the Canada Customs and Revenue Agency.

Everything looked like a go until we found out that Barbados doesn't want net porn companies.

Now we am looking at Ireland (not exactly a tax haven but better tax rates than here).

Does anyone have any other contacts or ideas?

I believe flashcash is located in Antigua. What's up with Gibraltar? Are they porn friendly? Only telling that you are a marketing company is not enough in my eyes. What's up if porn promoting is prohibited in the country? Putting the facts on the table is the way to go. Gibraltar don't want taxes as long as you don't have emloyees in the country. Any advice? I made also a research in the older Webby threads, but I have some open questions, too.

I agree it is best to be totally upfront.

I am looking for a 'porn friendly' country that has a tax treaty with Canada.

I am also looking for good advice to help me set up and maintain the offshore structure.
