A Weird Question on PR - GoFuckYourself.com

Well, as you all know, I own RateNudePeople.com (among others). I did an update on the page and a strange thing happened. The page that I was currently on that was pre-changes had a PR of 4. Then, when I cast a vote and it loaded the page with new changes, it went down to PR2. Can someone explain to me why??? Thanks!

The google toolbar has been fluctuating for a week now.Most sites are going through an update and their pr hasn't settled yet.
Your site shows pr3 to me

It's in flux right now, should stabilize in about 2 weeks. I'm just more concerned with the rumored removal of referrer criterion in Google's ranking process.
