It sounds impressive, and it is not exactly a lie. Trust me, it worked on my girlfriends dad, it will work with this girl.

Of course, eventually you need to let her know the rest of the story, but I agree that there's no reason to scare her off in the beginning.

Now that my girlfriend knows what I really do she is always looking over my shoulder and helping me pick out content, etc. A great thing, except that girls are so much more critical of eachother than men are ... "You're buying THAT set?? Look at her fucking eyebrows!!"
