Join Class Action Lawsuit On Pix Pox!
Did this ever happen?, I found this whilst trying to find out how to remove an agressive pience of porn software from Heldex called stnd179. Anyone know how to get rid of this shit? I have tried Spybot & destroy, I'm not good at regedit and will trash my system if I fuck around with that...
JOIN CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT ON PIX POX! I've had enough. The following below are the liable parties. i looked them up through Whois.com, I've been emailing them for the past month and no resolution. It appears we all share the same grief and problem. (1) Kirklilari, Chistalla [email protected] - HALDEX LTD (2) CyberTrend, Inc 3880 Lemon Street Suite 205 Riverside, CA 92501-3667 US 909-509-7676 [email protected] Domain Name: SILVERCASH.COM (3) TITANVISION.com (in Norway) [email protected] I've had my young children on the PC and being redirected to bizarre porn, exposing them to things they have no business seeing. We have parental controls on our browser and both Explorer & Netscape are tampered. I have tried running Adaware, Ontrack Fixit, Norton virus scan, and searching my regedit for funky files. The redirects will not go away. I've been surfing for everything other than porn. Sites I've went to for years I can't even go to because of this crap. I have taken pictures with my screen capture and decided that since they don't take my requests to cease such unethical marketing practices that I'm going to interact my own resolution tactics. Last Friday I sent emails of my complaint and evidence to the BBB Online, Calif. AG's Office, Texas AG's Office, FCC, City of Riverside (police, mayor's office, county attorney, and police). My local legal counselor referred my to a good corp attorney in Riverside, CA to pursue legal action against CyberTrend (Silvercash.com) These guys are exposes porn to minors and several people who have no interest in going to their sites. Besides this they are practically forcing you to download some dialer (to what!). Its time to do something about these guys. Granted, the company in Norway is going to be difficult but CyberTrend is liable, as they own and host the sites that are being illegally promoted and violate the privacy of web users that do not have interests in their offerings. If you would like to participate in taking down these web idiots please send your email and brief decription of how the Pixpox Virus. Send to: [email protected] *The easiest way to get rid of this porn promo garbage is to take it to the main source. The county attorney of Riverside and the Calif attorney general will put this campaign to a cease. Your support and feedback regarding your misfortunes of this problem will help action take place even faster. |
