Exactly - I have never caused an accident, yet my car has been hit a couple of times quite badly by other drivers (both times while stationary actually!!) - and yes, despite me being a cautios driver there are pleanty of other F*CKHEADS out there who just dont' give a fuck

Sometimes its hard enough to avoid an accident when you're sober, forget about it when your drunk. I try to get a car with good safety features, so should someone hit me at least I'll have a chance of getting out alive and moderately healthy.

I totally agree!

A few too many nights riding on an ALS ambulance in my previous life also helped solidify my hatred for what drunk drivers can and eventually do to people...
