So its just Jettis right?

I called them last night 2 times, talked to someone who said "ohh our sales person isn't in today, ummm, can I maybe take a message" Sure so I leave a message so they can email me setup instructions or at least a introductory email to get us talking. I hear nothing.

I call them back today, asking "Could I please speak to someone in sales please" she says "certainly 1 moment" and transfers me straight to the sales rep who isn't there so it goes straight to answering machine. She does this everytime you ask.

Jettis do you know how absolutely annoying it is to talk to someone and then get redirected straight to a answering machine.

I asked her to find the sales person but he was always on another call or not in the office.

I left a message to call me which they have not done.

I mean GIVE ME A BREAK guys!!!

I'm a business who wants to setup shop with you and make you money but you can't afford to have a contactable sales person to even do this???

I'm also in Australia so I have to wait from 2am to 4am calling back every 20 mins while your receptionist keeps telling me sales is busy or unavailable.

VERY VERY FRUSTRATED!!!!

Hmmmm, I dont seem to have any trouble getting thru to a real person when I call there. Have you tried telling the receptionist that you are calling from overseas?

I went to bed, got a wake up call from Jettis at 6:00am and told them to email me, I now have a setup email from Jettis and the ball is rolling.
