Everyone in this biz seems so determined to squeeze it as tight as they can and build a fucking wall around it... do you honestly not believe that this industry needs noobs? Not sure about others but Pornkings has always worked with Newb's. I personally like helping people succeed and I've helped many porgrams out that are huge today.
thats not what the problem is. it's when newb's think they understand the business better then the so called (Old boys network).
