Has anyone ever seen a bigger bunch of pussies to always have to threaten each other with lawsuits and lawyers. What happened to the good ol days when you could just beat the fuck out of someone and move on? I miss those days. Lawsuits about bullshit are for pussies that hide behind their computers. 90% of the lawsuit threats I see from webmasters are bullshit, I guess that's why they are never followed up on. So shut your mouth pussies and go back to typing about some boobies you saw live at a party.

The problem is this:

If I beat the shit out of some fuckstick for what he said about me then he will turn around and sue me. Best to just sue the fucker first and call it a day.

EXCEPTION: Manny The Freak and shitloads of other idiots who don't have dime one to even secure an attorney. You are not going to get a cent out of these clowns if you win in court. In this case, it is best to hunt them down and eliminate the problem.

There is another problem with the physical part of this:

Sometimes the physical underdog is right. If he gets his ass kicked for trying to defend his position then what message will be given to the rest of us? Just because you lose a physical fight does not mean you were wrong in the first place.
