Discuss what's fucking going on, and which programs are best and worst. One-time "program" announcements from "established" webmasters are allowed.

IE Virus???

Any of you geniuses know how to fix this?

When I go to TOOLS > OPTIONS I get a notice now that says the operation is cancelled due to restrictions on this computer... This was never there before. I also have goofy large fonts on all the web pages I visit now. I can't find anywhere to fix that. THere is INternet Options in the Control Panel but nothing about reenabling access to options from the browser.

I'm using XP, BTW.

Sounds like you have a nasty BHO . there are some programs out that claim they can remove them, I have never found one that works. try ad aware 5.0 blah blah. maybe someone else knows a good one.............

maybe try SpySweeper. that usually cleans most everything, but BHO's have to be removed by hand. A real pain in the ass needless to say.;
