i had signed up for 768/128

just upgraded to xp and ran a speed test to make sure everything was ok, download is now 1.5 down

thanks verizon

all this for $30 a month

comcast recently upgraded speeds around here but I think they will start charging in scales of use before long. I cant see comcast doing something nice like this without plans to fuck you down the road.

could just be that it's cheaper for them to not meter it.

I have a server on a 10 Mb line that I only pay for 1 Mb cause they don't have the equipment to throttle me. But I've been with them for years and they trust me to not abuse.

wouldnt having 10mb at 1mb cost be abuse?
