does anyone knwo where i can find any cool trippy/abstract animated backgrounds? (preferably black and white)

Well technically i dont think you want back & white because it will make things very hard to read.

but this page might have something you want ?

Theres pages upon pages of them , very ugly if you ask me , but could serve some purpose, your gonna have to go thru them page by page to fin low contrast / black & white ones.
