no I'm not talking about once in a while - EVERYONE feels down once in a while, I'm talking about most of the time.
Does anyone here feel like that on a regular basis?

Prozac does a very good job of helping out in the beginning, hard exercise on a regular basis does even more. As simple as it is, it really can make you feel like a million bucks to work out hard.
Too often, we forget that we are body AND mind. Neglecting one at the expense of the other can definitely lead to problems.
I used to suffer from depression and anxiety. I took Paxil etc which basically just kept me from getting suicidal. I didn't feel really GOOD until I started training in Gracie Jiu-Jitsu. Man is an animal just like any other animal. You need exercise to keep the endorphins flowing and to make yourself feel 'right'. We were built to be hunters, not chairbound computer geeks. You NEED the exercise to feel right. I cannot stress this enough.
